I feel I will enjoy this :3
My ears and speakers just high-fived each other in your honour, gerausch.
That’s today’s breakfast soundtrack effortlessly sorted.
Groovy.
PPG (Palm Productions GmbH) are mainly - and quite rightly! - known for their superb early 80s Wave synths.
Here’s one of Wolfgang Palm’s modular series made in the 70s. I think it’s a System 200. Can anyone confirm/deny?
I can’t define precisely what it is, but Polish movie poster design certainly has its own awesome style.
Although, I can’t help thinking that Godzilla is either go-go dancing or playing air bongos in this poster. Eh, I ain’t got a problem with that.
Back in the ’70s, there was a short-lived magazine called Star which was, quite unbelievably (but endearingly) aimed at groupies. Yes indeed! If that fact isn’t cool enough, someone decided to make all 5 issues of it available online for us to read!
Test: How far out are you?
Vangelis
feat. not one but two Yamaha CS-80 analog synthesizers.
Yeah, two CS-80s seems somewhat greedy, but I guess if anyone can justify ‘em it’s Vangelis.
Don’t envy his roadies much, either!
