How vinyl reaches our turntables Pt 2

This invention relates to gramophones wherein records are automatically fed one at a time from a stack onto a turntable where, after being played, on on side or on both sides they are automatically rejected into a discard magazine.
Silly ancestor. Whilst automatic vinyl feeding and rejection mechanisms are clever and all that, two turntables and a crossfader is far more fun.
Today (May 20th) is the 160th anniversary of the birth of Emile Berliner, inventor of the flat disk record and gramophone.
Y todas las noches bajo la vía láctea parecen eternas si tu no estas…
Anyone have any LEGO astronauts they no longer need?
I need to try a new way of weight-balancing my Technics headshells.
Trivia: due to voltage and gearing differences, 78s play slightly faster in America (3600 rpm motor at 60Hz reduced by 46:1 gearing = 78.26 rpm) than in 50Hz countries (3000 rpm motor reduced by 77:2 = 77.92 rpm).
PS: I don’t suppose anyone in/near London, UK has a spare 78 record player? I’m liberating some antique discs and would love to spin them around once or twice or seventy eight or more times.
